It is with tremendous sadness and heavy hearts that we share the news of Rick Payne's passing. Had it not been for Rick's help, generosity and guidance, we would not be the proud owners of Westgates today. We'll keep his wife Kathryn, daughters Dawn and Carol and their families in our thoughts in this most difficult and shocking time. |
